Good morning! Are you ready for a new challenge? To kick of December we have a Let It Snow challenge over at Stamp Ink Paper.
First I have some exciting news! I was contacted by Blue Knight Rubber Stamps and asked if I would like to design for them. I happily accepted!! For this challenge I used one of the stamps I received from them.
I started with a Whisper White card base and then added a layer of Night of Navy followed with another layer of Whisper White that I wrapped a piece of Night of Navy Seam binding with. For the panels I stamped the Blue Knight Rubber Stamps tree image on a piece of Whisper White using Old Olive Ink. I then cut the image into 3 panels of equal size and backed each onto panels of Night of Navy. I attached the panels to my card front. Next I applied Glossy Accents to the tree baseline of each panel and then sprinkled iridescent ice. I then tapped off the excess and let this dry. When I tapped off the excess iridescent ice it left a light layer over the whole card front which ended up being a happy accident! As hard as I tried I could not get a picture that showed the shimmer but in person it’s really beautiful. To finish I stamped the sentiment on the lower right.
If you haven’t ever checked out Blue Knight Rubber Stamps head on over and see all the beautiful stamps they have!
