Good morning! I wanted to share my card for our challenge over at Retro Rubber Challenge Blog. The inspiration for this challenge is Summer
And here is what I created
I started with a Tangelo Twist card base. For the next layer I used a piece of Whisper White and I sponged the blue sky in using Tim Holtz Tumbled Glass distress ink. I die cut the sun and clouds with the Lawn Fawn Spring Showers set and distressed with inks and then added to my card. Next I took a piece of whisper white and and free hand cut it into the shape of hills and sponged with SU Certainly Celery and Old Olive and then added this piece to my card front. To finish I stamped Hula Anya from The Greeting Farm (2009) on white Cardstock and colored in using my copics and then fussy cut her and added her to my card.
Thank you so much for stopping by today.
Until next time
Happy Crafting 🙂

Hello Ginger: I love, love this cute little Hula Girl, I love this sweet and fabulous beachy scene you created with the dies and your awesome coloring.
I’ve never been to Hawaii but, if I ever do, I’m going to put a Hula skirt and dance, my hubby probably dip his head in the sand, LOL!! but heck!! you only live once, right???
What can be more Summery than Hawaii?? Fabulous card.
Hugs,
Maria.
